Analysts of workplace training strategies and their ROI

Who We Are
A message from the President
I specialize in ethnographic research, learning theory, and adult teaching methodologies.
My passion for learning what people do at work began when I was a child. My parents always made it a point for me to learn about the major industries of the places we would visit during family vacations. I vividly remember touring a cereal maker in Battle Creek, tire manufacturers in Akron, the breweries in Milwaukee, farm equipment manufacturers in Moline.
I still love touring workplaces, learning what people do everyday, and learning how they come to be experts at what they do. That's what I believe workplace training is all about, sharing the knowledge that works!
My work experience and knowledge of training and curriculum building comes from government agency, community college, university and corporate employment. I am a University of Illinois graduate with a B.S. in Agriculture. I completed both my M.S. Ed. and Ed.D. in Adult and Continuing Education at Northern Illinois University.
I look forward to meeting you and sharing knowledge that works!
Sincerely,
